• Unless otherwise specified (normally if the product is personalised, perishable or personal) our suppliers will refund or exchange any item within 28 days of receipt.  Please do check each supplier's returns policy before ordering just to be sure.

• All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to the seller at the address on your correspondence. Please obtain proof of posting.
